This facility is a full renovation of a hotel over 40 years old, located near Lake Nojiri and Myoko Kogen. It serves as a lodging base that combines authentic, playful sauna experiences with accommodation inspired by 'vanlife.' We propose a stay style that allows guests to enjoy the seasonal nature and activities of the Lake Nojiri and Myoko area, centered around saunas and lodging. Prior to the grand opening, the crowdfunding project on 'Makuake' reached its goal within three days, attracting significant attention as a new hub for the Lake Nojiri area. The facility features high-output electric heaters for consistent heat, unique gimmicks like 'Cold Head Splash,' 'Tea-Löyly,' and vintage van-converted cold baths.
