[Para Table Tennis] Athlete Employee Genki Saito Selected as Dispatched Athlete and Designated Enhanced Athlete for International Tournaments in FY2026

Plantec Co., Ltd. (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Naoyuki Koyama) is pleased to announce that its athlete employee, Genki Saito, has been selected by the Japan Para Table Tennis Association as a "Dispatched Athlete for International Tournaments" and a "Designated Enhanced Athlete" for the 2026 fiscal year (Reiwa 8).

## Overwhelming Domestic and International Achievements and Background of Selection

Saito practices a "dual career," working as a full-time employee at our company while continuing his activities as a top athlete in para table tennis. In addition to winning the All Japan Championship in 2026, he achieved an overwhelming record of winning three crowns at an international tournament gathering top global players. His consistent strength both domestically and internationally, as well as his high potential to win medals on the future international stage, were highly evaluated, leading to this selection.

Moving forward, as a member of the Japanese national team, he is scheduled to participate in the ITTF World Para Future Santiago 2026 (Chile) and the ITTF World Para Challenger Sao Paulo 2026 (Brazil) to be held in fiscal 2026.
