Are you spending a lot of time on "transcribing to paper" and "data management in Excel" in your daily work? Participation is free, and an archive will be distributed at a later date.

Recommended for people like this:
As labor shortages become more serious, many mid-sized and small companies still rely on transcribing to paper slips and manual work in Excel for their daily operations.
- Daily work hours are consumed by transcription and aggregation tasks on paper or in Excel.
- Know-how is concentrated in specific veteran employees, and succession and standardization are not progressing.
- Interested in DX, but hesitant to make a large-scale system investment.
- "I know DX is necessary, but I don't know where to start."
—This webinar is designed to address such real-world concerns from the front lines.
What you will learn in the seminar:
According to a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (2025 White Paper on Information and Communications), about 70% of SMEs have not implemented DX. Behind this is the persistent image that "DX = system renewal on the scale of tens of millions of yen." However, it has become clear that starting with small operational improvements on-site and steadily accumulating results leads to higher adoption rates and return on investment.
In this seminar, we will first explain the specific steps of starting small with DX using AI to eliminate the "invisible costs" generated by handwriting and Excel work—daily losses such as transcription errors, double entry, and person-dependent processes.
Furthermore, we will introduce the following cases as DX examples that have actually produced results on-site:
- Automation of ordering and receiving operations
- AI reads the content of faxes and emails to automatically create quotes and purchase orders.
- Systematization of process management
- Transitioned from Excel management to a proprietary system, visualizing progress in real time.
- Real-time inventory management
- Replaced manual input with barcodes/QR codes, significantly reducing inventory counting man-hours.
- AI utilization in procedure manual creation
- Streamlined manual preparation with AI, resolving the issue of person-dependent operations.

Speaker's Comment
"Do you think 'DX is for large corporations'? In fact, the more a business relies on paper and Excel, the more opportunities there are for dramatic change with AI. In this seminar, I will concretely explain the first step of DX that can be started from the front lines without a large investment, using real examples."
