Plameries Co., Ltd. This pop-up store will feature a wide range of popular products from Kyoto Rikyu, including original products that can only be purchased at Hankyu Umeda Main Store. Dashi masters and artisans from Kyoto Rikyu will be present at the store to offer visitors an opportunity to experience the authentic deliciousness and charm of dashi firsthand. Similar to Kyoto Rikyu's main store, this pop-up store is an experiential shop designed to "enjoy the charm of dashi with all five senses," and will serve as a venue to deliver the brand concept of "a dashi life that changes your life" to a wider audience.

What is "Kyoto Rikyu ~Dashi and Dashimaki~," the Dashi Theme Park?

"Kyoto Rikyu," the "dashi theme park" born in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City on August 8, 2022, is a popular store that has garnered significant attention, with over 20 appearances on TV and radio programs and over 35 million total views on social media. Its fluffy and tender dashimaki (rolled omelet) overflowing with natural dashi is a hot topic, selling over 1,200 units a day. The overwhelming umami of dashi that spreads with every bite has earned the support of many customers. The brand also offers a wide range of dashi-related products, such as dashi packs and drinking dashi, providing a lineup that allows customers to easily enjoy authentic dashi at home.
