Plaid Appoints Takahiro Tsuji as Executive Officer and CFO

Plaid Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & CEO: Kenta Kurahashi) is pleased to announce that Takahiro Tsuji has joined the company as Executive Officer and CFO (Chief Financial Officer), effective July 1, 2026.

Takahiro Tsuji's Career

After gaining experience at The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, Ltd. and Sony Corporation, he joined M3, Inc. in April 2006. There, he led the company's rapid growth phase after its IPO from both financial and management perspectives, serving as a Director for approximately 10 years from June 2010. Subsequently, he joined LITALICO Inc. in April 2020, where he promoted business expansion through M&A and enhanced recruitment efforts, while also leading the advancement and stable operation of the administrative divisions. From April 2023, he served as Director, Vice President, and CFO. He possesses extensive management experience not only in his areas of expertise, finance and governance, but also in human resources, legal affairs, and business strategy, with a proven track record as a CFO in Japanese growth companies.
