Musashino Art University and STUDIO ZERO Launch 'Culture Shift Design Study Group (Phase 1)' to Accelerate Corporate Cultural Transformation

Musashino Art University and STUDIO ZERO, an internal startup organization of PLAID, Inc., announced the launch of the 'Culture Shift Design Study Group (Phase 1),' a series of programs scheduled to begin in July 2026. This initiative is part of the 'Culture Shift Design Research Institute,' a joint project established in January 2025, designed to train leaders who can implement organizational culture transformation.

Background: In response to rapid changes in the business environment, many companies are reevaluating their corporate culture. Based on dialogues with numerous enterprises, the institute has planned this program to fuse academic insights with the practical wisdom of business practitioners.

Program Overview: This is a three-part series consisting of lectures by leading experts and networking sessions where leaders share organizational challenges. It serves as a space for leaders driving cross-organizational projects to become 'executors of transformation.'
