PIETRO FACTORY PARK Factory Building Completed, Full Operations Planned for Mid-September 2026

Pietro Co., Ltd. (head office: Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City; President and Representative Director: Yasuyuki Takahashi) is building “PIETRO FACTORY PARK,” a complex in Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture that will include a production factory, factory tour areas, restaurants, and other facilities. The completion ceremony for the factory building was held on May 13, 2026. The company plans to gradually relocate all manufacturing functions and begin full-scale factory operations in mid-September 2026. Construction of the restaurant building will continue, with the grand opening of PIETRO FACTORY PARK scheduled for April 9, 2027. PIETRO FACTORY PARK, nicknamed “&PARK,” is themed around “a place to find my own delicious.” The facility is designed as a place where local residents, customers, and fans can create moving food experiences together, much like children becoming absorbed in play at a park. Its purpose is to help visitors rediscover the joy of eating and enjoying meals. FACTORY&PARK will offer factory tours and hands-on experiences. It will include an area introducing Pietro’s history and the origins of its dressing through video, an area where visitors can experience the company’s approach to creating dressing flavors, an area for observing the manufacturing site with its emphasis on handmade processes, and a workshop area for activities such as creating original dressing labels. Through these experiences, visitors can discover their own sense of “delicious.” EAT&PARK and SHOP&PARK will provide restaurants and shops where visitors can experience Pietro’s flavors directly. The restaurant will offer carefully crafted dishes and the enjoyment of eating, along with takeout and cafe menu items. Visitors will also be able to enjoy meals and drinks picnic-style in the site’s green spaces or nearby parks. The shop inside the restaurant is planned to sell exclusive “&PARK” original goods and freshly made dressing delivered directly from the adjacent factory. CAR&PARK and GARDEN&PARK will make use of the parking area and green spaces in multiple ways, including as event venues. Outside event periods, the green areas will be available for rest, meals, and interaction, offering an open and comfortable space. The facility is named PIETRO FACTORY PARK and nicknamed “&PARK.” The factory building is located at 771-1 Aoyagi, Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and the restaurant building at 791-5 Aoyagi, Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The factory building is a two-story steel structure, while the restaurant building is a one-story steel structure. The site area is 21,019.50 square meters. Total floor area is 8,532.58 square meters for the factory building and 274.01 square meters for the restaurant building. Full factory operations are planned for mid-September 2026, and the grand opening is scheduled for April 9, 2027. Pietro began as a small pasta restaurant called “Yomenya Pietro,” which opened in 1980 in Tenjin, Fukuoka City. While customers waited for their pasta to be cooked, the restaurant served salads as appetizers, and the dressing became popular. In response to requests from customers who wanted to take it home, the dressing was commercialized as the flagship product “Pietro Dressing Japanese-Style Soy Sauce.” Pietro calls its factory a “large kitchen.” To preserve the flavor it has maintained since its founding, the company does not rely on mass production in large tanks. Instead, it keeps many handmade processes similar to those used in restaurant kitchens, with each worker preparing products carefully and sincerely. This commitment will remain unchanged at PIETRO FACTORY PARK.
