PID to Develop "Cyanoba Zero AI," a Fully Automated Decarbonization System Where AI Handles Everything from Analysis to Implementation to Achieve a World Free of Greenhouse Gas Emissions!
PID announced the development of "Cyanoba Zero AI," a fully automated decarbonization system where AI handles analysis, recommendations, and execution of measures. Aiming for a world with zero greenhouse gas emissions, this system will accelerate corporate decarbonization by using AI-equipped drones for data collection and automatically designing and implementing optimal reduction strategies.

We endorse April Dream, an initiative to make April 1st a day for announcing dreams.
This press release represents the dream of PID Co., Ltd.
PID Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Satoshi Tago, hereinafter PID), an ESG tech company, provides "Cyanoba," a GX management service aimed at achieving carbon neutrality. Building upon the "development of a fully automated AI-driven energy-saving roadmap with recommendations," which was announced last year as part of our pursuit of "realizing a world free of greenhouse gas emissions" since April Dream 2024, we are now developing "Cyanoba Zero AI." This system will automate the execution of reduction measures using AI. This concept aims to accelerate corporate decarbonization by enabling AI to not only analyze and propose but also implement reduction measures.

## Reasons Why Decarbonization Efforts Are Stalling
In recent years, as the importance of carbon neutrality in response to climate change grows, an increasing number of companies are working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. However, practical challenges persist, such as "not knowing where to start," "lack of specialized knowledge," and "inability to execute plans even after they are formulated."
In particular, energy management in factories and facilities is complex, requiring accurate understanding of equipment and operational conditions to consider optimal measures. Traditionally, specialized consultants conducted on-site surveys, analysis, and proposals, but this approach was time-consuming and costly.
To solve these challenges, PID will develop "Cyanoba Zero AI." This concept is a next-generation platform that leverages AI to consistently automate corporate CO2 emission reduction, from "analysis and proposal" to "execution." Instead of people making judgments and taking action as in the past, AI will make optimal decisions and realize decarbonization as a "system."
## Overview of Cyanoba Zero AI
Cyanoba Zero AI will further evolve the AI energy-saving roadmap function announced in last year's April Dream, adding capabilities for AI to automate the execution of reduction measures.
AI-equipped drones will patrol facilities, automatically collecting detailed data such as energy consumption, equipment status, and solar power suitability. Based on this information, Cyanoba Zero AI will design optimal reduction measures and automatically execute energy control and equipment operation adjustments. This will enable companies to promote decarbonization even without specialized knowledge, realistically aiming for a future with zero greenhouse gas emissions.
