To address the severe labor shortages and increasingly complex operations in manufacturing and logistics, our company has been supporting problem-solving through our strengths in "system development capabilities" and "total support." At this exhibition, we will provide a live demonstration of our "High-Efficiency Transport, Storage, and Sorting Solution," optimized for Japanese worksites, by seamlessly integrating our proprietary AMR "StellaDrive," the "3D Pallet Shuttle" for high storage efficiency, and the "Next-Generation Automated 3D Sorter" capable of handling a wide variety of products and irregular shapes.

・ Contributes to automation and space-saving in existing buildings, which was previously difficult.

4 | "Next-Generation Automated 3D Sorter" for Diverse and Irregular Items
A next-generation sorting solution that simultaneously achieves high-speed processing, high-precision sorting, and multi-product handling through unique transport control and recognition algorithms.
・ High Space Utilization and Processing Capacity: Achieves space savings through a design that effectively utilizes vertical space. The adoption of features like a double-flip design dramatically improves the efficiency of large-scale batch processing.
・ Flexible Adaptability: Provides optimal solutions for the diverse needs of Japanese logistics sites by handling a wide variety of products. Modular design allows for speedy setup in as little as 1–2 weeks and flexible expansion.
