Phoxter Inc. (Headquarters: Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director: Junichi Sonoda) will exhibit at the "7th Kansai Logistics Exhibition" to be held at INTEX Osaka from April 8 (Wednesday) to 10 (Friday), 2026.

In response to the severe labor shortages and increasingly complex operations in manufacturing and logistics sites, our company has been supporting problem-solving with our strengths in "system development capabilities" and "total support." At this exhibition, we will demonstrate and exhibit an "efficient transport, storage, and sorting solution optimized for Japanese sites" by seamlessly integrating our in-house developed AMR "StellaDrive," the "3D Pallet Shuttle" that achieves high storage efficiency, and the "Next-Generation Automated 3D Sorter" that handles a wide variety of items and irregular shapes.

Exhibition Highlights 1 | Integrated Logistics Solution: Seamlessly Connecting Transport, Storage, and Sorting Our in-house developed AMR, born from the needs of domestic sites; an automated warehouse system that maximizes space utilization even in existing buildings with many constraints; and an automated sorter that handles a wide variety of items. By integrating these three core systems, we achieve optimization and high efficiency of the entire logistics process, from receiving to storage, picking, sorting, and shipping. 2 | In-house Developed AMR "StellaDrive" with Japanese Standards of Quality and Safety An in-house developed AMR created based on extensive implementation experience and on-site knowledge. ・[Industry First*] Generative AI for Operational Support: An onboard generative AI chatbot guides users through early recovery from trouble, minimizing downtime.

・Design Focused on the Site: Features safe autonomous driving with standard rear LiDAR (obstacle detection sensor) and easy equipment reuse design through IO and power supply for attached equipment. *Internal survey (conducted in November 2025, targeting AMRs available in the Japanese market)

3 | 3D Pallet Shuttle (6-Direction Transport Compatible) A next-generation shuttle that enables flexible layouts, overcoming building constraints. ・Freely transports pallets in 6 directions: front, back, left, right, up, and down.

・Flexible layout possible, avoiding pillars and other obstacles.

・Contributes to automation and space saving in existing buildings, which has been difficult with conventional warehouses.

・Flexible application from small to large scale while utilizing existing equipment.

4 | Next-Generation Automated 3D Sorter for Various Items and Irregular Shapes A next-generation sorting solution that simultaneously achieves high-speed processing, high-precision sorting, and support for a wide variety of items through unique transport control and recognition algorithms. ・High Space Utilization and Processing Capacity: Space saving achieved through a design that effectively utilizes vertical space. Adoption of features like the double-flip design dramatically improves the efficiency of large-batch processing.
