Project Holdings Co., Ltd. appoints Toshiki Kitamura, former Representative Director CEO of RISE Consulting Group, as Executive Officer COO

Project Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director CEO: Yusuke Doi, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce that Toshiki Kitamura, former Representative Director CEO of RISE Consulting Group Co., Ltd., has been appointed as Executive Officer COO.

Furthermore, we also announce that a partial change has been made to the management structure of the Company and its group companies, with the aim of further strengthening the business promotion system for the entire group.

1. Appointment of Mr. Kitamura as Executive Officer COO

The Company is strengthening its business foundation for further growth, while its core business is consulting services with strengths in "corporate transformation" and "on-site implementation," and while keeping in mind changes in the business environment such as the evolution of AI.

Mr. Kitamura, who has been appointed Executive Officer COO, has led a wide range of initiatives, including business growth, organizational expansion, talent acquisition, and business transformation utilizing AI, as a manager of a consulting firm and a listed company.

At the Company, he will leverage these experiences to promote existing businesses across the organization for further growth, as well as to oversee new business development, the establishment of a business foundation utilizing AI, and recruitment strategies.

In the AI era, the source of competitiveness lies not only in technology itself, but also in the people and organizations that create new value by utilizing it. The Company aims to establish sustainable competitive advantage by promoting AI-driven business development and the acquisition of human resources to support it in an integrated manner.

Brief Biography of Toshiki Kitamura, Executive Officer COO

After graduating from the University of London, he joined Future Architect Inc. and Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. before joining RISE Consulting Group Co., Ltd. In addition to projects for financial institutions and government agencies, he has promoted business reforms utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, new business development, and organizational transformation.

He was appointed Representative Director President in March 2021 and led the company's listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in September 2023. After serving as Representative Director CEO, he retired upon the expiration of his term in May 2026.

As Executive Officer COO, he will oversee the growth strategy of existing businesses, new business development including the AI intelligence concept, and recruitment strategies.
