Project Holdings Representative Director Yusuke Doi Joins Keizai Doyukai

Project Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President & CEO: Yusuke Doi) is pleased to announce that Representative Director Yusuke Doi has joined the Corporate Executive Association of Japan (hereinafter, Keizai Doyukai).

Our company's mission is to "Create a Project-Based Society," and we have provided project support for corporate business transformation and new business development. Through these efforts, we have accumulated expertise in design methods and execution processes to increase the success rate of projects, as well as in the training of personnel responsible for them. In recent years, AI has been evolving at an astonishing pace, and the very nature of corporate activities and value creation is undergoing significant change. Amidst these environmental changes, the importance of redesigning and implementing value creation and human resource models through projects, not just on a company-by-company basis, but for society as a whole, is increasing.

This membership in the Keizai Doyukai is part of our initiative to contribute the expertise we have cultivated so far beyond the scope of individual companies to society, and to implement it across society as a whole, based on this background. Through policy recommendations and dialogue with various business leaders within the Keizai Doyukai, we will play a role in connecting practical knowledge with societal discussions.

I am deeply honored to have this opportunity to participate in the Keizai Doyukai.

While working on the front lines of corporate transformation, I have realized that there are many structural issues that are difficult to solve solely through the efforts of individual companies. Furthermore, I feel that with the evolution of AI, the very nature of individual capabilities and value creation is changing significantly. Amidst these changes, I believe it is necessary to re-examine, from a broader perspective, the ideal society where professional human resources create value through projects, and where this value creation chains together.

Through my activities in the Keizai Doyukai, I aim to contribute to discussions based on the knowledge gained from practical experience, and to deepen my learning from diverse perspectives, thereby contributing to the evolution of value creation for society as a whole.

After completing graduate school, he worked at Skylight Consulting Inc. from 2014 as a consultant, engaging in projects such as promoting the IT transformation of major economic media companies and launching new businesses for one of Japan's largest media companies. Since founding our company in January 2016, he has consistently led the planning and execution of organizational development strategies and business strategies as Representative Director/CEO (current position). He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Tokyo and completed a Master's program at the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, the University of Tokyo.
