Energizing towns across Japan! What is the popular Shin Jidai?

1) 'Denkushi,' the Shin Jidai specialty, with cumulative sales of 300 million skewers

'Denkushi' is almost always ordered by customers who visit 'Shin Jidai.' Denkushi is a fried chicken skin skewer for 50 yen (55 yen including tax) per skewer. Once you try it, you'll be hooked. You'll want to eat many skewers, and on average, each person orders 5 or more skewers, making it a truly famous product.

■ The secret to Denkushi's deliciousness lies in these three points:
① [Chicken Skin] Excess fat is removed, leaving only collagen for a delicious crispy and chewy texture.
② [Sauce] Luxurious Korean ginseng, said to be effective for all ailments, is added, and the unique smell of ginseng is eliminated to create a delicious sweet and spicy sauce.
③ [Spice] The main ingredient is soy, achieving zero salt content, which enhances the addictive quality.

◼️ Fun to look at, delicious to eat! The chain of smiles created by the 'Denkushi Pyramid'

When you order Denkushi in quantities of 10 (4 tiers), 21 (6 tiers), or 36 (8 tiers), they are served in a beautiful pyramid shape, and the 'Denkushi Pyramid' has become a symbol of Shin Jidai. It's so popular that it's posted daily on social media.

"Denkushi" is a registered trademark of Fazz Co., Ltd., holding trademark rights with the Japan Patent Office.

Denkushi not only tastes delicious but also has the power to "make customers smile their best." Just by serving Denkushi, customers smile, and they smile even more when they eat it, truly making it an izakaya that "energizes 1,000 towns."

Instead of being in the existing genre of yakitori, "Denkushi" has established a unique position throughout Japan!

2) A popular izakaya loved by all ages, with long lines

Shin Jidai aims to "energize 1,000 towns" and has already energized approximately 200 towns (200 stores) across Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south. We contribute to society by opening stores, specifically through: ① vitality for customers' tomorrow, ② employment, ③ consumption, ④ crime prevention, and ⑤ tax payments. And this time, we will make the town of Takaoka even brighter and more energetic!

Unlike ordinary izakayas, Shin Jidai always has long lines no matter which town it's in.

Why are there long lines?

Shin Jidai is the originator of "fried chicken skin skewers," and its specialty, 'Denkushi,' is a unique blockbuster product recognized by the Japan Patent Office. Many customers want to experience "Denkushi" even if they have to wait in line, making it a very popular izakaya with continuous queues. To energize 1,000 towns, we are energizing towns across the country one by one, and this time, we are renewing in Takaoka. We will energize not only Aichi Prefecture but the entire country. There is no doubt that there will be long lines even before the opening.
