"Velouté" means "smooth" in French. True to its name, this is a refreshing macaron collection perfect for the summer season, combining a subtly sweet and tart, smooth yogurt-flavored cream with carefully selected fruits.

This time, we have pursued even greater deliciousness in all flavors. We have gathered six "fruit yogurt" macarons, each with a distinct charm.
