According to the 'Statistics on Agricultural Labor' for the 2025 fiscal year published by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the average age of agricultural workers, including individual farmers, is 67.7. While this number remains high, Farm Agent users in their 20s and 30s are launching new careers as main players, bringing the average age to 30.2. This marks a significant trend toward a younger workforce, dropping by 3.7 years since last year's tally.
