This marks the first phase of a new model where veterinary hospitals operated primarily by their directors join the group, in addition to the existing directly managed operations.

In the veterinary hospital industry, the number of bankruptcies has reached a record high for two consecutive years recently, indicating increasing management difficulty due to factors such as labor shortages and rising operating costs. On the other hand, many veterinarians with clinical experience aspire to open their own practices, but often hesitate due to market opportunities and concerns about their capabilities in management, recruitment, and fundraising.

TYL has addressed these industry challenges through supporting recruitment, M&A, and patient acquisition for veterinary hospitals, as well as operating its own hospitals.
