PERSOL Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takao Wada), which champions the group vision 'Let’s work and smile,' has announced its sponsorship as a Silver Sponsor of 'Tokyo Pride 2026,' one of Asia’s largest LGBTQ+ events. The company will operate an experiential booth at Yoyogi Park on June 6 (Sat) and 7 (Sun), 2026. Over the two days, approximately 3,600 visitors attended the booth to experience interactive content themed around 'Updating the Future of Work Together'—aimed at promoting diversity and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues. A participatory board project inviting visitors to share their ideal workstyles received an overwhelming number of messages, filling the board completely from the first day.
Additionally, on June 7 (Sun), around 30 employees participated in the 'Pride Parade,' walking with the shared aspiration of realizing 'Let’s work and smile' for everyone.
Experiential Booth at Yoyogi Park Featuring a Novel 'Press Enter to Complete' Concept
From June 6 to 7, PERSOL Group operated a work-themed experiential booth at Yoyogi Park. Under the concept 'Update the Future of Work Together—Write and Press ENTER! Fill the Future Gauge!' visitors posted their ideal workstyles on large PC- and smartphone-shaped bulletin boards. They then experienced 'transmitting' their thoughts into the future by pressing a physical ENTER key installed at the venue. The booth attracted significant participation, culminating in around 3,600 messages collected on a single board, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere throughout the event.
Survey on 'Work' Conducted at the Venue
At the booth, PERSOL conducted a survey among visitors, posing two questions: 'What do you consider most important for achieving a comfortable work environment?' and 'What role do you expect PERSOL—the company connecting people and jobs—to play in shaping the future of work?' Respondents selected one option from a predefined list. The most selected response to the first question was 'an increase in relationships where I can consult freely, regardless of position, when facing difficulties.' For the second question, the top response was 'providing more information about jobs and workplaces that people can choose with confidence.'
Pride Parade Participation by 30 Employees from Across the Group, Delivering the Message 'Let’s Work and Smile'
On June 7, approximately 30 employees from PERSOL’s LGBTQ+ ally communities and various group companies participated in the Pride Parade. Carrying a banner displaying the group vision 'Let’s work and smile,' participants walked with a message of respect for diversity, responding to cheers and support from spectators along the route.
Moving forward, the PERSOL Group will continue to support everyone through 'work,' aiming to create a future where each individual can shine.

Background of Sponsorship
Since 2019, the PERSOL Group has promoted DEI policies. Initiatives include establishing internal LGBTQ+ ally communities, introducing welfare systems for same-sex and de facto partnerships (PERSOL Diversity, PERSOL Career), making gender registration optional during service use (PERSOL Diversity, PERSOL Career), freely publishing LGBTQ+ training materials (PERSOL Holdings), and hosting events and seminars.
Furthermore, in April 2025, the group expanded cross-company internal systems and support for LGBTQ+ employees※1. By extending welfare systems for same-sex partnerships, allowing the use of preferred names different from legal names, and establishing dedicated LGBTQ+ consultation desks, PERSOL aims to create organizations and a society where everyone—whether LGBTQ+ or not—can truly experience 'Let’s work and smile.'
The group has decided to sponsor Tokyo Rainbow Pride, the organizer of 'Tokyo Pride 2026,' in alignment with its vision of creating a happy society where diverse sexual identities are respected and everyone can live authentically, joyfully, and proudly.
