Persol Group has long been addressing these challenges. This workshop was realized after coseiro Co., Ltd., represented by Mr. Makoto Fukuo, approached Persol Group following their previous initiatives.
In this event, children will reflect on what they love and are good at, and learn to convey these through words and forms. The goal is to nurture a foundation for children to autonomously choose their own 'working' future. The day will start with 'Self-Bingo' for self-understanding, followed by writing down interests and future dreams through family dialogue, and finally creating original business cards. Participants will then experience exchanging cards with each other, staff, and Makoto Onii-san. The workshop is designed to provide a step-by-step experience of 'Self-Understanding,' 'Verbalization,' 'Self-Expression,' and 'Relationship Building.'

His company 'coseiro' devises programs to celebrate children's individuality.
