Operation of AI Agent-type "Goal Support Coach" for Employees Commences

■ Development Background and Overview of the "Goal Support Coach"
At PERSOL HOLDINGS, we have been advancing goal-setting support utilizing generative AI since October 2025, with the aim of reducing the operational burden on managers, enhancing employee autonomy, and supporting the efficient execution of duties by managers (*1). This initiative was triggered by voices frequently heard during HR interviews with managers, stating that "goal-setting interviews with subordinates" take a lot of time.
As the first step, we developed and started operating 7 types of prompts that can be selected according to individual issues, targeting 463 full-time comprehensive track employees. The number of prompt downloads reached 225, about 50% of the target audience. Furthermore, a post-usage survey showed that 80% of employees answered that it was "useful." Positive effects were observed, with comments from employees who used it saying, "I used to have 2-3 interviews with my boss to align goals, but by using the prompt, goal setting is now completed in one interview," and comments from the management side saying, "The resolution of goal setting has significantly increased for employees who utilized the prompt." Following this, as a second step, we transformed this into an AI agent and will begin operating it as the "Goal Support Coach" from April 2026.
The "Goal Support Coach" was developed utilizing "CHASSU CRE8" (*2), which integrates Dify, a platform allowing no-code/low-code development of AI agents, into the internal version of GPT. By posing questions tailored to an individual's grade and issues, it encourages the individual's self-reflection through dialogue, helps them face the fundamental issues and goals they should consider, and supports them in setting appropriate goals.
