Mr. Daisuke Sato

Started his career at Tempstaff (now Persol Tempstaff) Co., Ltd. in 2005, engaged in sales for domestic comprehensive human resource businesses, primarily temporary staffing, as well as recruitment and BPO.

From 2014, served as Group Manager at PERSOL INDONESIA, providing human resource support for Japanese companies expanding locally, establishing local subsidiaries, obtaining visas, and providing HR/labor consulting. From 2016, as a core member of the project, promoted the JV with KELLY Services INDONESIA in line with the management integration movement in APAC, contributing to the cross-cultural integration of Japanese and Western companies.

After returning to Japan, worked at Persol Tempstaff, the largest company in the temporary staffing market, on building new systems including information security, business continuity planning, and risk management for the BPO business. Appointed Sales General Manager in his current position in 2024.

Holds a Home Helper Level 2 certification (Home Care Worker Level 2 Training Course) and a Social Welfare Officer appointment qualification. Experienced in supporting users in home care service offices and facilities for people with intellectual disabilities.

Subsequently, worked in the HR/human resources industry across a wide range of areas including corporate sales, new business development, and product promotion. After experience in sales and operations for job listing media, he was responsible for proposing recruitment solutions and developing new businesses. He was particularly involved in solving recruitment challenges through corporate sales, business promotion, and service planning for job listing media and recruitment services specialized for professionals in the medical, care, and welfare fields.

He has consistently worked in the HR tech/DX field as a solution salesperson, sales promoter, and product marketing manager. He led the planning and launch of new products, oversaw the customer success department for professional job listing media, and was involved in planning new service areas. Currently, he is responsible for sales planning, measure promotion, and initiatives for service expansion in the Special Corporate Sales Unit of the Agent Business Division at Persol Innovation Co., Ltd.
