Reviewing job design to achieve employment of multiple individuals.
Construction and contract industry, Kansai area, number of employees: approximately 300.
Despite being interested in disability employment, the company's consideration had been stalled for many years due as its core business was site contracting and job design had not progressed. Utilizing the consultation and support project, we provided job design support for administrative positions at the head office. By concretizing the work in a position that had no prior employment experience, recruitment became possible, and one full-time employee and one part-time employee were hired via Hello Work. In addition, a total of three employees were hired through other channels. A model for disability employment tailored to the company is beginning to take root internally.
