「工作未來白皮書」是將推動自主職涯發展,並探索「個人與企業新關係」的本聯盟參與企業,在相互分享各公司經營策略、事業策略、人事策略的過程中,就「如何將職涯主導權人才轉化為企業中長期成長的動力?」或「如何透過最大化人力資本實現企業的永續成長?」等問題進行公開討論的內容,基於實踐現場逐漸顯現的經營變革與人事變革跡象,彙編而成的「職涯主導權經營」實踐論。
本次第五篇(2025年度)將重點關注「職涯主導權經營」,這是一種透過運用職涯主導權人才來實現企業中長期成長、最大化人力資本的實踐方法。本篇利用了前幾期積累的資產,並聚焦於參與的 41 家企業和組織在實踐現場所面臨的「導入措施後員工行為卻未發生轉變」的所謂「第二輪瓶頸(從共感到行動的障礙)」。為克服這個新的瓶頸,本年度選定了「文化培養」、「管理人才培育」、「AI 運用」等九個課題主題,並將各主題分組委員會提出的實踐方案彙編為活動成果。
