Joined Intelligence Co., Ltd. (now Persol Career Co., Ltd.) in 2001. After engaging in corporate sales and management in the recruitment agency business, he launched the agency business for the job information service "doda." Since then, he has been broadly responsible for sales strategy planning and execution promotion for the partner business, driving its organization. After serving as General Manager of Sales, overseeing sales organizations including direct sales, in April 2022, he was appointed General Manager of the Recruitment Solutions Business Department, doda Business Division in April 2023 (current position).
