PERSOL MIRAIZ, a career support service operated by Persol Career Co., Ltd. Background of the Renewal In recent years, while career paths such as job changes, side jobs, and freelancing have diversified, many people still feel lost or anxious about their future. PERSOL MIRAIZ started in October 2023 as a reskilling support service to address these challenges. It has provided support tailored to individual careers through learning content and career counseling. In June 2025, it launched the career event "MIRAIZ Hub." This event, primarily for young people, has provided a place for over 620 participants to confront and articulate their "values" and "true feelings" through interaction and workshops with peers. Through a year of hosting "MIRAIZ Hub," feedback from participants such as "I was able to articulate my values from my vague feelings of unease" and "It gave me a chance to re-examine my career by hearing the real concerns of my peers" highlighted the need for continuous support for career formation doubts and worries. This clarifies the service's commitment to accompanying users until they find satisfying options for their "working future." ③ Expanded articles for "career learning" and "self-analysis" The new PERSOL MIRAIZ places "career learning" and "self-analysis" at the core of its service. The service site has expanded its article content to help users deepen their career perspectives and self-understanding, allowing them to learn at their own pace anytime.
