The "Future of Work White Paper" is compiled as a practical guide to "Career Ownership Management." It is based on the signs of management and HR transformation emerging from the practical field, and it discusses how companies can leverage "career ownership talent" to achieve mid-to-long-term business growth, and how to realize sustainable corporate growth through the maximization of human capital. This is achieved by sharing each company's management, business, and HR strategies openly among participating companies and organizations that are exploring a "new relationship between individuals and companies" by promoting self-directed career development.

This fifth edition (fiscal year 2025) focuses on "Career Ownership Management," a practical method for maximizing human capital to foster mid-to-long-term corporate growth by utilizing career ownership talent. It leverages the assets cultivated in previous periods and addresses the "second-round wall" (the wall from empathy to action) that participating 41 companies and organizations are facing in their practical implementation, where "measures have been introduced, but employee behavioral change has not been achieved." To overcome this new challenge, nine thematic issues such as "culture building," "management development," and "AI utilization" have been identified, and the practical proposals developed by each sub-committee for these themes have been compiled as activity outcomes.
