PERSOL COMMUNICATION SERVICE CO., LTD. This marks the fourth consecutive year the company has received this certification.

The Sports Yell Company certification system is an initiative by the Japan Sports Agency to recognize companies and organizations that actively support and promote sports and exercise activities to improve employee health.

The evaluation focuses on efforts to increase sports participation among the working-age population, such as creating opportunities for exercise in the workplace and fostering an environment where employees can easily engage in sports during their daily routines.

Company-wide Walking Events

To prevent lifestyle-related diseases, the company holds a company-wide walking event twice a year. In commemoration of the company's 30th anniversary, a special project involving management was held, incorporating unique anniversary-themed elements that allowed employees to participate enjoyably. As a result, the event recorded its highest number of participants ever, leading to the establishment of exercise habits and the revitalization of internal communication.

Core Strengthening Event: "Flamingo Competition"

Since 2022, the company has held the "Flamingo Competition," a core training event where departments compete in single-leg standing exercises to promote consistent exercise habits.
