Persol Business Process Design Initiates "No-code Development Tool and Dashboard Operation Support" for Tokyo Metropolitan Government

Through this project, we are pleased to announce the start of support aimed at promoting the utilization of kintone and Power BI, with the goal of fostering awareness regarding data sharing and DX tool utilization in business operations. In this context, DX promotion in local governments significantly contributes to streamlining back-office operations and enhancing organizational management. In Tokyo, kintone and Power BI have been introduced as DX tools to promote data utilization for improving operational efficiency and productivity. However, to further promote the utilization of these tools, there is a need to foster employee awareness and develop skills for application building. ■ Contract Details Persol Business Process Design will implement the following initiatives to support the utilization of kintone and Power BI, thereby cultivating personnel capable of independently conducting data surveys, visualization, and analysis within the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and ultimately realizing organizational operational efficiency and productivity improvement. Sample Application Construction: Building 5 business sample applications and business reports using the target tools. Conducting Training Sessions: Planned implementation of 20 training sessions, each targeting up to 60 participants, using sample applications and reports (e.g., creating an inquiry management app) to promote tool utilization. Operational Support Desk Service: Establishing a support desk to handle inquiries regarding tool operation methods and technical consultations. ■ Past Achievements In fiscal year 2025, we provided kintone utilization support, with 519 participants attending training sessions. In the training sessions, in addition to explaining the overview of kintone, participants learned the process of creating applications for inquiry management and daily report generation, assuming they belonged to an organization that handles inquiries from users at Tokyo facilities. In a post-training survey, approximately 90% of participants responded that they were "satisfied" with the training content, and they are now efficiently promoting data utilization in their own organizations using the knowledge and skills acquired in the training.
