With this acquisition, in addition to conventional creative support, the Company will strengthen its business design structure to seamlessly handle strategic design, new business development, M&A support, PMI, and growth support. Rather than ending M&A as a mere contract conclusion, we will promote support that faces pre- and post-management and business issues, accompanying clients to improve corporate value.
Purpose of Share Acquisition
In recent years, corporate growth challenges have rapidly become complex, and the required support areas have diversified. It has expanded from conventional areas like design production and sales promotion to strategic design, business development, M&A, PMI (Post Merger Integration), and growth support. To respond to these market changes, the Company has been strengthening its business design structure to consistently support from business strategy to execution.
Merge Works specializes in M&A support and new business development support, providing a series of processes from strategic design to execution, PMI, and subsequent business improvement and growth support.
Through this share acquisition, the Company will integrate Merge Works' knowledge of strategic design, M&A support, new business development, PMI, and growth support, in addition to its existing strengths in creative, brand design, and marketing support.
