In Tamamura Town, establishing unique and strong local specialties and providing concrete support measures for companies considering entry into agriculture are urgent tasks. However, relying solely on "individual experience" for crop selection and investment decisions with a view decades ahead poses significant risks for producers and companies.

In this project, we will utilize "TWINZ Plus," an agricultural decision-making support platform developed by Penguin Labs. We aim not only to perceive climate change as a risk but also to transform it into a "proactive strength" based on data, realizing strong agriculture that can continue to generate income for the next 100 years.

## Two Pillars of This Demonstration Project
This project will address the following two challenges:

1. Formulation of guidelines for Tamamura Town's unique "next-generation brand crops" (internal regional development)

Content: Using future climate prediction data at 1km mesh intervals, we will identify "crops that will truly survive" until 2100, which are resistant to Tamamura Town's unique weather conditions (karakkaze wind, intense heat) and can maintain profitability.

Deliverables: A "Next-Generation Brand Crop Selection Report" based on scientific evidence will be formulated to minimize investment risks for producers.

2. Development of an "Investment Decision Simulator App" (external corporate attraction)

Content: We will develop a digital tool that allows companies considering entry to immediately perform revenue and expenditure prediction simulations according to future climate risks.

Utilization: This will be used as a "scientifically persuasive weapon" that other municipalities do not possess for attracting companies to areas such as Tamamura Town's Goryo and Iikura districts, improving the success rate of attracting excellent companies.
