IT Freelance Agent PE-BANK Opens Shikoku Office in Takamatsu City

PE-BANK Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO Takeiku Saito), a group company of MCEA Holdings Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO Takeiku Saito), which proposes new ways of working for IT engineers, has opened its Shikoku Office effective July 1, 2026 (Wed).

To date, we have expanded our operations with bases in Sapporo, Sendai, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Okayama, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and Kitakyushu, centered around our Tokyo headquarters, serving as hubs for connecting companies seeking engineers with freelance IT engineers.

We have now established the Shikoku Office in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, as a sales base covering the four prefectures of Shikoku. By positioning the Shikoku region as a key area for our sales strategy, we aim to provide detailed support to client companies, improve the convenience for contracted engineers, and further promote sales activities tailored to regional characteristics.

We operate a branding platform business for freelance IT engineers (sole proprietors) that coordinates professional engineers (freelance IT engineers) capable of meeting diverse demands at the development sites of various companies. We are working to create optimal working styles for engineers and to resolve the severe labor shortage in development fields. With the opening of the Shikoku Office, we will further enhance the quality of services for our business partners and contracted professional engineers in the Shikoku region, and as a bridge connecting regional companies and professional engineers, we will contribute to the promotion of digital human resource utilization in the Shikoku area.
