PE-BANK Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Mikiya Takada), a group company of MCEA Holdings Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takeiku Saito) that proposes new ways of working for IT engineers, supports "April Dream," a project that encourages people to share their dreams on April 1st. This press release represents a dream of PE-BANK Co., Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that we are aiming to develop a device called the "Black Box Visualization Device" (commonly known as the "Skeleton Contract Scanner"), which aims to "visualize" all contract details for the purpose of eliminating opacity in IT freelance contracts.

Since our founding in 1989 as an agent connecting IT freelance engineers with companies, PE-BANK has prioritized the transparency of contract details and has provided services characterized by "transparent fees." We believe that "eliminating invisible parts" is essential for building relationships that satisfy both engineers and companies.

On the other hand, in the IT industry, there are still many voices regarding the "black-boxing of contracts," such as "I don't know my exact unit price" or "It is unclear where and how much of a margin is being generated."

In response to these issues, we conceived the development of this device based on the idea, "Why not just make it physically visible?"

This device is designed to instantly visualize the internal structure simply by inserting contracts or purchase orders into a slot. We are planning specifications where margin rates, contract terms, and commercial flow structures are displayed transparently, allowing anyone to intuitively grasp the content.

Furthermore, it will be equipped with our proprietary "Fairness Judgment AI (AI Cherry)," which visually displays whether the contract balance is appropriate using the number of cherries, inspired by the PE-BANK logo. We hope to make it possible to judge the soundness of a contract at a glance, with "3 cherries = good," "2 cherries = check required," and "1 cherry = consultation required."

The development manager commented as follows:

"By shedding light on areas that have been considered 'naturally invisible' until now, we want to increase the reliability of the entire industry. Ultimately, the goal is for it to require no power source and run solely on a sense of justice."

We have been promoting the construction of fair relationships among engineers, companies, and ourselves through "contract visualization," where all fees and contract details are open. Along with the dream of developing this device, we will continue to work toward realizing an environment where each individual can build their career with peace of mind.

*This release is an April Fool's project. We are not actually developing this, but our desire to "make contract transparency the norm" is real. Have a wonderful day filled with smiles.
