PE-BANK to "Physically Destroy" Contract Opacity with Development of "Black Box Visualization Device"!?

We are pleased to announce our aim to develop the "Black Box Visualization Device" (common name: Skeleton Contract Scanner) to eliminate the opacity in IT freelance contracts by visualizing all contract details.

Since its establishment in 1989 as an agent connecting IT freelance engineers with companies, PE-BANK has emphasized transparency in contract details, offering services characterized by "glass-like fee structures." We believe that eliminating the "invisible parts" is essential for building relationships where both engineers and companies can be satisfied.

However, in the IT industry, there are still many voices expressing concerns about the "black boxing of contracts," such as "I don't know my exact hourly rate" or "I don't know where or how much margin is being generated.".

In response to these challenges, we conceived the idea of developing this device with the concept of "making it physically visible."

This device is designed to instantly visualize the internal structure of contracts simply by inserting documents such as contracts and purchase orders into a slot. It is planned to display margin rates, contract terms, and business flow structures transparently, allowing anyone to intuitively grasp the content.

Furthermore, it will be equipped with our proprietary "Fairness Judgment AI (AI Cherry)" which visually displays the appropriateness of contract balance using the number of cherries, inspired by PE-BANK's logo mark.

The system will allow for one-glance assessment of contract health, with "3 cherries = good," "2 cherries = needs review," and "1 cherry = needs consultation.".
