Through this partnership, both companies will strengthen service integration in the areas of human resources, labor administration, and payroll, comprehensively supporting corporate back-office digital transformation (DX) and the advancement of human capital management.

Background and Objectives of the Partnership

Since its founding, Payroll has primarily provided Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for payroll calculation to enterprise clients, accumulating extensive implementation experience and advanced operational expertise through business standardization. Meanwhile, HRBrain offers a wide range of HR services centered on talent management, including organizational diagnostics surveys, labor management, recruitment management, and attendance management.

In recent years, as attention to human capital management has grown, the importance of seamlessly utilizing HR, labor, and payroll data for strategic business and organizational planning has increased. However, in many companies, this information remains siloed within individually optimized systems, creating challenges in data integration and operational efficiency.
