Overview of "Hataraku Yell"

"Hataraku Yell" is an award and certification system organized by the "Hataraku Yell Executive Committee," composed of volunteers from corporations that provide employee benefits-related services. With the aim of further promoting and developing employee benefits, corporations that implement excellent employee benefits and those with the ambition to enhance their employee benefits are recognized and certified. In 2026, 323 corporations received certification.

The selection process is conducted by an impartial and objective review committee of academics, and corporations that clear strict review criteria scores can receive certification.

1. On-site Meal Service
   In response to the recent increase in food expenses due to rising prices and requests for more comprehensive food-related employee benefits, we have introduced an on-site meal service. 2. Holiday System Allowing Employees to Freely Designate Days Off
   From fiscal year 2025, we introduced a holiday system (employee-designated holiday system) that allows employees to freely designate 5 days off from the annual prescribed holidays. Compared to the special leave system before the introduction of employee-designated holidays, the annual prescribed holidays increased by 5 days to 127 days, which has also shown positive effects in recruitment.

3. Distribution of Professional Baseball and Professional Basketball (B.LEAGUE) Game Tickets
   With the aim of improving employee engagement and further enhancing employee benefits, Payroll purchases season tickets for professional baseball and professional basketball (B.LEAGUE) teams located in Hokkaido, Tokyo, and Nagasaki, where Payroll has offices, and distributes game tickets to employees who wish to attend. Supporting the same team in an extraordinary setting fosters a sense of unity and promotes communication across departments in the workplace. It can also be used for precious time with family, contributing to the improvement of employees' work-life balance.
