With this launch, customers can present their 'Rakuten Point Card' (Note 3) when paying at target stores (Note 2) to earn 1 'Rakuten Point' for every 200 yen (excluding tax) spent, and can use points at a value of 1 yen per point. Furthermore, by presenting the 'Rakuten Point Card' along with the member barcode of TSI Group's member service 'mix.tokyo members' (Note 4), customers can earn both 'm.t Point' (Note 4) and 'Rakuten Point' at the same time.
TSI Holdings has been deepening its collaboration with the Rakuten Group. It introduced the cashless payment service 'Rakuten Pay' in May 2023, launched 'Rakuten Point Card' at multiple brands (Note 5) including 'NANO universe' in August of the same year, and joined the fashion e-commerce site 'Rakuten Fashion' operated by Rakuten Group, Inc. in October 2024. By expanding the introduction of 'Rakuten Point Card' to 19 brands and approximately 150 stores, the company will be able to further strengthen its data marketing and promotional initiatives. In addition, by deepening its partnership with the Rakuten Group, which has a solid customer base of over 100 million members, it aims to expand the overall user base, focus on acquiring new customers, grow sales, and improve customer service.
TSI Holdings and Rakuten Payment will continue to strive to further improve convenience and satisfaction for users.
