Value Design provides 'Furumachi Pay,' a service that expands the scope of hometown tax return gifts from 'goods' to 'experiences.' It fosters an environment where visitors can easily make donations on-site, contributing to regional revitalization. In May 2025, the company signed a reseller partner agreement with Tobu Top Tours Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Momokita) to promote and support the introduction of 'Furumachi Pay' to municipalities across Japan.

At launch, 'Furumachi Pay' will be available at five locations: Tomiya-juku Tourism Exchange Station Tomiyado, NAKAO Tomiya Store, mamemaru+, Marutan Shokudo prod by Tanshin, and Yuppo Tomiya Ooshimizu. Tomiya City plans to continue expanding the number of participating stores to create various donation opportunities.
