Announcement of Invited Lecture and Poster Presentation at "Jissou Festa Kansai 2026" Hosted by the Kansai Chapter of the Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging

Patentix Inc. (Headquarters: Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture, President and CEO: Toyosuke Ibi, hereinafter "the Company") announces that its Director and CTO, Matsuda, will be a speaker at the invited lecture on the first day, July 9 (Thu), and a lecturer for the night session at "Jissou Festa Kansai 2026," hosted by the Kansai Chapter of the Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging, to be held from July 9 (Thu) to July 10 (Fri), 2026.

Furthermore, on the morning of July 10 (Fri), the second day of the event, the Company's Director, Shimizu, will present research results in the "Poster Session Part 1."

Matsuda received the "Impact Poster Award" at last year's festival for outstanding research and technical presentations. This year, his achievements have been recognized, leading to his selection for the invited lecture. On the evening of the same day, he will also participate as a lecturer in the "Night Session Part 1," which involves interactive discussions with participants.

Title: "The Future Drawn by the Biwako Semiconductor Initiative: Current Status and Challenges for the Social Implementation of Rutile-Type Germanium Dioxide Power Semiconductors"

Summary: [Invited Lecture] We will report on the current status and challenges of rutile-type germanium dioxide semiconductors being developed by our company, as well as the current state of the "Biwako Semiconductor Initiative" consortium for rutile-type germanium dioxide.

[Night Session] Six lecturers from the invited lectures will participate in interactive group discussions with attendees.

2. Poster Session Part 1 (Patentix Inc. Director, Yūri Shimizu)

Title: "Research and Development for the Social Implementation of Next-Generation Power Semiconductors: Rutile Structure Germanium Dioxide"

Summary: We will present and explain the results of our company's research and development in a poster format. This will be an opportunity for direct interaction with attendees.
