We are pleased to announce the appointment of Yoshihide Tsunobuchi (Partner at Lexeed Tech Patent Attorneys, Patent Attorney, Ph.D. in Science) as a technical advisor, given his exceptional expertise in the patent search field.

We will also collaborate with leading practitioners, including Mr. Narutoshi Kawakami (Representative Director of Chizai Design Co., Ltd./Patent Attorney), to develop and provide advanced features ahead of others in the industry.

About Yoshihide Tsunobuchi
Mr. Tsunobuchi is a specialist in patent searches across a wide range of fields, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, IT, and mechanics, with a track record of thousands of searches. He provides end-to-end support, from proposing IP strategies based on search results to application and rights acquisition, information provision, patent opposition, invalidation trials, and patent infringement litigation.

Holding a doctorate in science (Ph.D. in Science), he can offer advice not only as a legal professional but also from the perspectives of an engineer and researcher. He is well-known as the author of "Know-how on Infringement Prevention and Invalidity Material Searches," and has numerous lectures and publications on these topics.

Currently, while serving as a partner at Lexeed Tech Patent Attorneys, he contributes to industry development as the Chairman of the Patent Search Competition Executive Committee. His high expertise in patent searches is widely recognized, having received the Patent Search Competition 2017 Top Award and Gold Certification (Chemical/Pharmaceutical field).
