Pasona Supports Nara Prefecture Companies Aiming to Hire Foreign Nationals; Networking Event to Be Held on July 23

As part of the "Support Project for Accepting Foreign Nationals" commissioned by Nara Prefecture, Pasona Inc. will hold a networking event for companies and foreign nationals at the Nara Chamber of Commerce and Industry on July 23 (Thu).

In recent years, labor shortages have become increasingly severe for companies in Nara Prefecture, and securing human resources is a critical issue for business continuity and growth. Against this backdrop, utilizing foreign nationals is attracting attention as an effective measure, and the employment of foreign nationals in the prefecture is increasing year by year.

This networking event is aimed at companies that are currently employing or considering hiring foreign nationals, providing an opportunity to create points of contact with them. On the day, each company will give a company introduction, followed by theme-based discussions in small groups. On the same day, a seminar will also be held for companies on practical aspects of hiring and retaining foreign nationals, including key hiring points and communication tips.

We encourage all companies interested in promoting the hiring and active participation of foreign nationals in Nara Prefecture to attend.
