Exhibition of 23 Paintings with Intricate Lines and Vivid Colors: Pasona Heartful Presents 'Art Village Exhibition – Mamoru Morita Solo Show' in Aoyama, Tokyo, June 16–21

Pasona Heartful Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairperson of the Board, Junko Fukazawa), a special subsidiary of Pasona Group, will hold the 'Art Village Exhibition – Mamoru Morita Solo Show,' showcasing 23 paintings by artist employee Mamoru Morita, from Tuesday, June 16 to Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 'Annex Aoyama' in Aoyama, Tokyo.

The exhibition will feature artworks created with vivid colors and intricate line drawings. On the opening day, Morita himself will conduct a 'Painting Explanation Tour,' sharing insights into his creative process and the highlights of his works.

Pasona Group established 'Art Village' in 1992 under the concept of 'Talent has no disability,' aiming to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities through art. In 2004, Pasona Heartful began hiring 'artist employees' whose job is painting. Currently, 23 artists create unique works, expressing their individuality and sensibilities.

In recent years, the company has hosted solo and themed exhibitions to widely promote each artist employee's work and personality. This exhibition focuses specifically on the artistic world of Mamoru Morita. Morita's works are characterized by vivid colors and extremely fine, dense lines that fill the entire canvas.

Mamoru Morita (Mamoru Morita) Profile

Born in 1989 in Tokyo. Intellectual disability.

Joined Pasona Heartful in 2007 and has been active as an artist employee. Works five days a week, creating paintings at the company's studio.

Consistently participates in exhibitions both within and outside the company, expanding his creative reach and gaining a wide fan base. His artworks have been used in stationery products and product label designs.

【Painting Technique】

Morita begins by sketching fine lines onto a board based on photographs, then applies vibrant water-based markers for coloring. His confident, layered application of intricate lines that fill the canvas results in uniquely vivid colors and original expressions.
