Support for Accelerating AI Adoption with AI-OCR
Partners Inc. will launch a new service, 'MECE+,' in May 2026, equipped with proprietary AI-OCR technology. This service aims to eliminate the complexities of pre-configuration found in traditional AI-OCR, thereby accelerating AI adoption.

### Purpose and Background of the Service
MECE, powered by AI inside's DX Suite engine, was highly praised as a service boasting over 99% recognition accuracy for handwritten documents. It proved particularly effective for existing handwritten forms, contributing to the simplification of processes such as visual confirmation → transcription → registration.
On the other hand, in recent years, there has been an increasing demand for the ability to recognize and extract information from various formats without prior settings, especially for the purpose of data preparation when introducing AI.
MECE+ addresses these demands by offering the following features, detailed in the [Service Details] section below.
### Service Details
MECE+ includes the following functions:
1) **No prior settings required**
Traditional AI-OCR required setting extraction points for each form type. MECE+ eliminates this need, automatically recognizing target areas simply by inputting the data.

2) **Equipped with ETL function**
Output formats include CSV, JSON, and others. Furthermore, a simple ETL function (e.g., reordering output columns, adding data) is also available.
3) **Data deletion and non-learning**
Data converted by AI-OCR will not be used for learning, and the principle is to retain extracted data as little as possible.
4) **Enhanced by LLM integration**
LLM integration processing is performed only for specific functions, such as handwriting recognition and calculation verification.
5) **Fixed monthly fee**
Instead of a basic fee + charge per extracted sheet/item, it will be a fixed monthly fee based on the monthly usage volume.
**Note**: If specific formatting is desired for output, separate customization fees will apply. Currently, an API is not provided, but it can be supported upon request.
### Service Fees
Starting from 12,000 yen per month (excluding tax / 4-month contract).
*Higher plans apply depending on certain usage volumes.
### Future Developments
Up to now, our focus has been on providing improvement/enhancement support starting from business operations, with ERP as the core. However, we are now building a system to add value and accelerate through AI. In particular, we plan to create mechanisms to contribute to core business operations by utilizing the information digitized by MECE+.
