PARK 24 CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Koichi Nishikawa) announces the planned openings in April 2026 of Times Parking facilities that enable "Park & Ride" and Times Car Stations that enable "Rail & Carshare," mobility methods that lead to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

The PARK 24 Group, under its group philosophy of "Creating comfort that meets the times and anticipates them," works to solve various social issues through its business activities. In the parking and carsharing services provided to realize a stress-free mobility environment, we are promoting the construction of systems and services to reduce greenhouse gases emitted by vehicles, which are a means of transportation.

For parking services, we are developing parking lots that enable "Park & Ride," where users drive to their nearest station, park their car in a nearby lot, and then travel to their destination using public transportation such as trains. For carsharing services, we are actively opening stations that enable "Rail & Carshare," where users travel to their destination's nearest station by public transportation like trains, and then use a carsharing vehicle from a station near their disembarkation point. In both cases, by combining cars with public transportation, the driving distance of cars is reduced, and it is expected to contribute to the reduction of emitted greenhouse gases.

In April, there are 32 parking facilities suitable for "Park & Ride" and 166 stations suitable for "Rail & Carshare" scheduled to open or planned to open. Information on planned openings for parking facilities and carshare stations will be announced on the 5th business day of each month.
