Shinsaibashi PARCO is undergoing a large-scale renovation of approximately 50 units and 2,000 tsubo from February to October 2026. This release introduces the renovation details for the fourth phase, featuring 8 stores and approximately 1,414m2.

Through phased renovations, Shinsaibashi PARCO is evolving into a destination where visitors can discover something new with each visit, incorporating cutting-edge domestic and international brands and new experiential value.

In the fourth phase, individuals dressed in unique Osaka-style fashion will dash through the city towards a single destination, gathering together. On the 2nd floor, which has undergone a significant structural change in this renovation, Goldwin Shinsaibashi (first in Osaka), Ami Paris, MM6 Maison Margiela, and STONE ISLAND are NEW & RENEWAL OPEN.

Under the floor theme "COLLECTIVE SENSES," it will transmit a new fashion experience where diverse styles and values coexist, with a concentration of cultures ranging from luxury to outdoor and street.

Furthermore, on the B1F, lifestyle brand Topologie, and on the 4F, CONZ, a new select shop by TOKYO BASE, and Vans Store Shinsaibashi PARCO will NEW OPEN.

By structuring the shops to span not only fashion but also culture and lifestyle, the overall circulation and experiential value of the building will be enhanced.

In August, the largest Disney Store in Western Japan, Disney Store SHINSAIBASHI PARCO, will NEW OPEN on the 5th floor.

With the addition of entertainment that can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations, it will further evolve as a "place to spend time" beyond just shopping.

Creative Director & Photographer: Julian Song

An artist/photographer from China. Drawing inspiration from his personal experiences in the 2000s, he projects a playful sensibility into his work, creating cinematic visuals that traverse fantasy and reality. With a sensibility that intersects Eastern and Western cultures, he constructs a unique visual world featuring enigmatic characters and challenges conventional expression through scenes rich in narrative and unexpectedness. He has collaborated with Louis Vuitton, GQ, Kenzo, Dazed, Byredo, and others, gaining attention for his style that fuses artistry and storytelling in the fashion and editorial fields.

Art director: Kei Sakawaki

Art director, graphic designer. Works on projects spanning various fields and scales, including publications, visual identity, websites, video, and spatial design, collaborating with diverse collaborators. Major works include Gucci "Bamboo 1947: Gucci Celebrates 60 Years in Japan Exhibition" (2024), "Masamune Shirow World Exhibition" (Setagaya Museum of Literature / 2025), "Things Not to Do: Art and Anarchism of Life" (Toyota City Museum of Art / 2024), etc.

After working as an assistant to Stylist Demidemu around 2016, she moved to France. After becoming independent, she is based in Tokyo and London. She has worked on projects for Apple, AURALEE, DIOR, ISSEY MIYAKE, etc., and is noted for her sophisticated sensibility and flexible styling.
