A Legacy of the Streets Loved by agnès b. PARCO MUSEUM TOKYO to Host International Touring Exhibition 'agnès b. on aime le graff!!'

PARCO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter 'PARCO') is pleased to announce the exhibition 'agnès b. on aime le graff!! _50 years with the street,' which will be held at PARCO MUSEUM TOKYO on the 4th floor of Shibuya PARCO starting Friday, May 22, 2026. This exhibition originated at the La Piscine Museum in Roubaix, France, and has been reconfigured for its tour to Shibuya and Tainan.

Since the founding of her brand and the opening of her first shop in Paris in 1976, agnès b. has kept her eyes on 'the street' and has supported street performers for half a century, notably by providing exhibition spaces for artists as early as 1984. Agnès Troublé, who refers to herself as a 'stylist' rather than a 'designer' and is widely beloved in Japan, will have her deep respect and pioneering vision for street art—which has not been sufficiently shared until now—brought into the spotlight.

In this exhibition, a valuable group of works that have colored the history of graffiti by over 20 artists, including FUTURA 2000, Craig 'KR' Costello, Hiraku Suzuki, and Dennis Hopper, will be released all at once from her vast collection built over many years. In addition to high-energy artworks born from the streets, the exhibition will trace the trajectory of the resonance between fashion and street art through a diverse range of displays, including archives of iconic 'Artist T-shirts' created with artists of each era and previously unreleased materials.

At the venue, collaboration T-shirts with Craig 'KR' Costello, a leading artist in the New York graffiti scene and founder of the art supply brand 'KRINK,' as well as the official exhibition catalog, are scheduled for sale.

We hope that Shibuya PARCO, which has functioned as a hub for cultural transmission, will serve as an opportunity to discover new possibilities of expression within everyday scenery.

Born in Versailles in 1941. Founder of the fashion brand agnès b. She calls herself a 'stylist' rather than a 'designer' and continues to propose timeless clothing unaffected by trends. Since opening her first shop on Rue du Jour in Paris in 1976, she has had a deep passion for film, music, and art, and her activities span many fields beyond fashion.
