Sendai PARCO is undergoing a large-scale renovation of over 25 shops, covering more than 2,000 square meters, from February to July 2026. The themes of this renewal are 'Improving Quality of Life,' 'Expanding High-Sensitivity Fashion Zones,' and 'Expanding Entertainment Shops.' Following the Phase 1 announcement, this release introduces brands opening from May 2026 onwards.

The new **'atmos' (Tohoku region's first branch)** will showcase Tokyo sneaker culture to the world, themed around sneakers as fashion. Similarly, **'Clarks' (also a Tohoku debut)**, the British footwear brand founded in 1825, will offer a wide lineup from its historic icons to its latest evolved collections.

On the 1/7F of PARCO, the specialty store **'Sylvania Families Mori no Oie Premium'** will make its Tohoku area debut. Joining it on the same floor is **'Nishimura Yuji Kobu Honten Sendai'**, also the first in the region. This will be a flagship store carrying goods of characters popular across generations, such as 'Gokigen Panda' and 'Konezumi'.

Through this spring's renewal, Sendai PARCO aims to transcend being just a shopping destination to become a place where customers find new discoveries and moving experiences. We will provide a venue to experience the latest lifestyle trends, fashion, and entertainment as a landmark of Tohoku.
