Freegate Shirahama Co., Ltd., a group company of PAL GROUP HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., which operates "Kuroshio Sou," an inn in Nanki Shirahama, Wakayama Prefecture, will hold its second wine event on Saturday, June 21, 2026.

Wild boar, nurtured by Wakayama's deep forests and brought to life by the unparalleled craftsmanship of Mr. Yukawa of "Hinata no Mori." It embodies a pure and supple beauty that lightly transcends our conventional understanding of gibier.

On June 21, this special dish will be presented at Kuroshio Sou. The theme for this occasion is "salt × sauvage."

The gentle minerals bestowed by the land, and the beautiful radiance emitted by wild life.

Quietly resonating with these flavors is the wine pairing specially curated for this day by Mr. Noguchi, representative of "salvis," a wine shop in Tenma, Osaka.

And once again, the background music for the space will be a playlist of analog records titled "salt×sauvage." As the early summer night deepens quietly, with stories from nature's backdrop, and lingering impressions deeply etched in the heart. We want guests to experience a mindful journey, where inspiration springs forth through their travels.
