Supporting 7 Organizations for Children Worldwide: Peace Donation Campaign Accepting Contributions Until July 31 (Fri) [Tokyo]

Palsystem Tokyo Consumer Cooperative (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Chairperson: Yoko Nishimura) is calling on its members to participate in the 'Peace Donation' campaign from June 15 (Mon) to July 31 (Fri), 2026. Donations collected will support seven international NGO projects aiding children living in difficult conditions due to conflict and persecution around the world.

Supporting Peace While Shopping

Members can apply for the donation online or via order forms when placing delivery orders. Each donation is 200 yen per unit, with multiple units allowed. Donations can also be made using points earned from product purchases.

The donation recipients are seven organizations supporting children in regions including Asia—especially the Middle East—and Ukraine, where war and conflict have deprived children of peaceful daily lives, safe living conditions, access to education, and medical care.

Among the recipients are Peshawar-kai (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Fukuoka, Representative: Yuichi Hara), which continues irrigation projects in Afghanistan initiated by the late Dr. Akira Nakamura, and SHARE (Citizens' Group for International Health Cooperation, Head Office: Taito-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Tamotsu Nakasa), an NPO working to improve infant nutrition in Cambodia. These organizations have long supported local communities based on their actual needs.

Over 13 Million Yen Raised in FY2025

Since 1996, Palsystem Tokyo has promoted the 'Peace Donation' campaign to financially support organizations aiding children worldwide suffering from poverty, hunger, and conflict. In FY2025, a total of 13,634,251 yen was collected from members and used to support the activities of seven organizations helping children around the world.
