Pacific Golf Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Higashi-Ueno, Taito-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director and President: Kotaro Tanaka, hereinafter "PGM") today signed a share transfer agreement to acquire all shares of "Kitakyushu Golf Co., Ltd." (scheduled to be established in April 2026), which will be established to succeed the business of "Seita-no-Mori Kitakyushu Golf Course" from Diarx Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Shinichi Nakata) through an absorption-type company split. With the signing of this share transfer agreement, "Kitakyushu Golf Co., Ltd.", which owns "Seita-no-Mori Kitakyushu Golf Course", will become PGM's property on Monday, June 1, 2026, and PGM plans to commence operation of the golf course from the same day.
