(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shota Iwasaki; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it will hold "Blockchain Summit 2026 Autumn (tentative)", an international conference on blockchain, at Otemachi Sankei Plaza (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) on Monday, October 5, 2026.
This conference is the second in a series, following the highly successful first "Blockchain Summit 2026 by Credit Saison and Pacific Meta" held in February 2026. It will bring together financial institutions, blockchain-related companies, and startups from Japan and abroad to discuss the latest trends and business opportunities in blockchain technology within the financial sector.
Background of the Event
The first "Blockchain Summit 2026 by Credit Saison and Pacific Meta," held on February 25, 2026, was conducted at Tekko Building as an official related event of "Japan Fintech Week 2026" hosted by the Financial Services Agency. Focusing on the theme of "Blockchain x Finance," it featured numerous sessions with over 50 speakers from domestic and international financial institutions, attracting over 1,200 pre-registrations and approximately 550 attendees.
In response to the strong feedback and numerous requests for continued events, coupled with market expansion and progress in domestic regulatory frameworks, the necessity for dialogue and collaboration in the finance x blockchain domain has grown. Recognizing this trend, we have decided to hold the second event to further develop the network and knowledge gained from the first summit.
