We welcome everyone who loves to sing, has an interest in gospel, regardless of age or gender.

The instructors are members of the gospel group "THE SOULMATICS," who are highly acclaimed in the music industry both in Japan and internationally.

Even beginners will join the ranks of a gospel choir through a unique 3-month curriculum.

At the final concert on Saturday, September 26, you will stand on the main stage to showcase your achievements!

**[Project Purpose]**

This year marks the 11th edition of Kannai Hall's popular gospel workshop. We are recruiting up to 100 participants for 12 lessons starting from July 8, 2026. On Saturday, September 26, we will hold a "community-participatory concert" where participants will liven up the venue with an audience of 1,000 people as a final performance.

It's okay if you can't read music or speak English. Anyone from junior high school students upwards who loves to sing or has an interest in gospel can participate. Even beginners will become part of a gospel choir with our unique 3-month curriculum!

The instructors will be members of the highly acclaimed gospel group "THE SOULMATICS," including Akihiro Kondo.

◆ WS Fee: General: ¥33,000 / High school students and younger: ¥22,000
Parent-Child Discount: A ¥10,000 discount on the total fee for parents participating with their junior high or high school children.
Couple Discount: A ¥10,000 discount on the total fee for married couples from the same household participating together.
Friendship Discount: A ¥2,000 discount per person for junior high or high school students participating with friends.
*If there are many applicants, participants will be selected by lottery, and results will be notified by email by June 15.
*The full fee must be paid in advance by a specified date before the workshop begins.

**[THE SOULMATICS]**

A gospel group with a repertoire of over 200 contemporary gospel songs. They perform over 60 times a year at elementary and high schools nationwide for arts appreciation events, and at various events from Roppongi Hills to nursing homes. They have toured and recorded with artists from Hiroshi Itsuki to Ken Hirai, and performed internationally from the Japanese Embassy in China to the Apollo Theater in NY, as well as appearing in the musical RENT. Praised domestically and internationally for their "miraculous voices," they adapt their songs, voices, and singing styles to different venues, leveraging their wide vocal range, experience, and knowledge. They have a proven track record in various fields, from the professional front lines to social contribution. Using director Shin Ikesue's educational methods, they also dispatch instructors to over 15 schools, vocal schools, and production agencies, and provide recording direction for K-POP and J-POP artists (vocal guidance).
